Alina stretched and yawned, hurrying from her house and out to her car. yes. Last day of school. A small smile danced on her pale pink lips as she climbed in. Last day was always something to celebrate. Especially senior year. The young fae sighed happily and reversed out, heading for the school quickly.

[Sonic]

i woke up to the scream of my alarm clock. I slammed it off with my hand and slowly sat up. I drug my hand across half of my face and yawned. Once I convinced myself out of bed I walked to the bathroom. I looked at my reflection and squinted at the bright light. I messed up my hair a little more then brushed my teeth. I slid on a pair of jeans and a t-shirt. I walked past my backpack, I wouldnt need it. I walked out to my car and was on my way to school.

Alina gave another slight yawn and pulled into the parking lot, shutting off her car and stepping out. She ran a hand through her blonde hair and glanced around, grimacing at the fact none of her friends were going to show for last day. What morons. The young woman shook her head and headed off for her locker, mumbling to herself as she passed a group of populars who were obviously judging her as she brushed past.

I pulled in and checked my hair one last time before walking into the school. It held so many memories. It was a bitter-sweet moment as I walked through the oors for the last time. I saw a group of my friends and I walked to join them. We all stared at a girl as she walked past. Mumbles of 'freak' and 'wierd' were scattered throughout the crowd.

Alina snorted and grimaced, shaking her head and ignoring the group before continuing up the steps and into the school. So what if a bunch of losers felt like making fun of her? Hah...fail.

I laughed as I walked into the class. We stood around the room, not bothering to sit. We were already making plans for summer.

"I was thinking about going to the beach after school. Wanna join?" I asked to no one in particular.
The response was a bunch of head-nods and 'Yeah, sure.' I smiled and continued to talk till the bell rang.

Alina ignored the making of plans and swallowed a wave of unease. Of course. The beach. Where she took her dog out. Agh...screw up those plans why don't ya. The young fae rolled her eyes, resting ehr head on the desk and practically leaping from her seat as the bell rang, pushing her way from the class with a frown and avoiding the unfriendly stares.

The day passed by in a blur. Class to class doing the same thing. Everyone began getting ancy just before the last bell rang. It was as if someone broke a dam as all three hundred something seniors plowed through the doors. After giving a few man hugs and high-fives I got in my car and was off to the beach.

Alina dreaded her trip to the beach, mulling it over in her head for the rest of the day. She yawned and stretched before slipping into her car, driving home, and picking up her dog - Reyy. The darn akita didn't know when to shut up though, and drooled all over the seats, barking like a mad dog out the windows. The blonde woman pulled over at the side of the road, slipping out and around to the back door, letting the black dog out and watching him run ahead, bounding around playfuly across the sand.

[Sonic]

I cursed under my breath before passing someone actually going the speed limit. As I passed a big black dog barked at me from behind his window. I turned my attention back to the road. I pulled into a lot near the beach. I took a pair of swim trunks from my bag and changed in a nearby building. I jogged back and placed my jeans in the front seat before taking off my shirt and jogging down to the sand.

Alina rushed over as Reyy headed towards the young man who had just walked out onto the beach. Augh...one of the populars. She snorted and rolled her eyes, letting out a high pitched whistle and watching the dog prick his ears and come bounding over. A small smile tugged at the corners of her lips as she sat down on the sand, scratching Reyy between the ears and trying to avoid staring at this other person. Probably part of the party that would take place later. Aghh..

[Sonic]

I stopped and looked as I heard a whistle. It was the weird girl from school. I shrugged and headed for the salty water. I jumped midstride into the water. I stayed under for a few seconde before poping back up and gasping for breath. I got out as I saw filmiliar cars anf faces aproaching the beach.

Alina smirked, shaking her head and trying not to laugh as he looked over at the whistle. She sighed and stiffened as other people appeared. Mostly the faces everyone knew. Another heavy sigh and she stood, walking hurriedly down the beach and pausing at the water, staring out for a moment before shaking her gaze away and sitting down - yet again. This would be fun, sitting here with your dog for an hour and a half while a bunch of snobs partyed it up. The fae closed her eys, lsitening to the splash of water as Reyy bounded out into the waves, barking excitedly and spalshing his owner with water despite her grunts of annoyance.

I smiled and gave high fives as I jogged over to a friends car. I turned up the radio as the bass thumped from the giant speakers exposed from the back of the S.U.V. I smiled and started dancing. I shot a glance over at the girl. I would talk to her, but later.

Fawn grimaced, laying back in the sand and staring blankly at the sky. So...staying here for much longer would annoy the crap out her. She decided with a small nod that she would hide off a little farther down the beach until Reyy was ready to go home. Aha...She stretched and stood up, whistling to Reyy and taking a few more steps down the beach, stopping a good thirty more feet down and plunking back into the sand. Good choice..not.

I joined a circle of my friends. I wasnt interested in anything they were saying so I moved on to greeting people as they showed up. Someone showed up with a cooler full of..well..drinks. I high-fived them and popped one open for myself. I took a drink, I schrunched up my face at the taste of it. It had been a while since I had a drink like this. I smiled then shook one up throwing it to a random guy and laughing as he opened it. It sprayed all over him and the girls standing around him.

Alina grimaced and fell back into the sand, closing her eyes and letting out a yelp as Reyy leapt onto her, sitting on her stomach. Which was followed by a happy bark and a breathless laugh from the blonde girl underneath him. She smiled and rubbed his face, murmering to him and kissing his nose before shoving him off and grabbing a piece of driftwood, tossing it out into the water and observing as he leapt after it, swimming around before snatching it and dragging it back.

I laughed and looked for the blonde, she had moved down the beach a little. I chugged the rest of my drink and picked up a nice jog over to her. My hair had air dried by now but stook up in random places from the salt. As i approach I slowed to a walk.

Alina glanced up just in time to see one of the guys walking towards her. She frowned and quickly looked away, watching Reyy and snatching him by the collar as he went to lunge at the guy. A soft smile toucehd her features for a moment before she tapped his muzzle, murmering to him softly in french and nodding to him as he sat down. A heavy sigh escaped her as she looked back up to him, cocking one eyebrow and trying to distract herself - so as not to stare. That would be rude. Right?

I hesitated as the all too filmiliar black dog lunged in my direction. I paused for a moment, lips pursed, before continuing over to her. I smiled, "Hey you should come join the party." I said poiting over my shoulder.
