I gently sqeezed her hand letting her know i heard her. This all took a good few hours. I felt the gears warming up again in my muscles. The strength was coming back and my body was turning on and rebooting itself. Almost like a machine that has been down for years

I smiled,"When the doctors come back your going to have to move your hand again or something, other wise they'll say your mom and me are just seeing things."I said then added,"And if you do I promise I'll give ya another kiss."And smiled.

My mouth flickered a smile before becoming still again. That's something i miss more than seeing the world around me i thought

I laughed again,"Well I guess that earned you a kiss."And I gave him one on the cheek,"But thats all you get unless you do something like that in front of the docs."I said right before the doctors came in.I leaned closer to him and said,"Well the bird brains are here and are waiting for you to preform." Then I sat back so the doctors could watch.

I mentally took in a deep breath but my lungs moved with it. There was a resistance on the machine instantly turning it off as it registered life. I got control over my lungs again. The extra strength in my hand it balled up slightly before i gave the doctors the finger as if to say 'bitch i lived' Inside i had a big smirk on my face

I couldn't help it and started to laugh,then I looked at the doctors,"So is that enough proof that he's alive?"They doctors had a shocked looks on their faces but the nurse that was with them looked like she was about to choke from trying to hold back a laugh.

[Alpha Female]

"Unhook him" The doctor said shaking his head. "Now jake you wont be able to talk for a bit from the tube. It should only be a half hour at the most though." He said with a grin.
I let my hand relax and as the tube was taken out i coughed and it was dry and soft.

After everyone left the room,I leaned over Jake again,"Well you certainly earned this."I said then kissed him on the lips.I smiled and said,"Now you rest,and I'll see if Court wants to come in and bore you with whatever topic she has chose to talk about today."Against his lips,then I pulled back and walked out to see if Court wanted to come in she didn't so I went back in and sat in the chair by the bed.

My eyes were still closed and my lips reached out to hers as she leaned in to kiss me. God i missed it so much. It felt like my first kiss all over again.

I smiled to myself becuase I found another thing I could hold over him that would probably make him want to get better faster.Laughing quietly I said,"So Jake,if you get better soon,I'll tell you what one of the babies is."Then I added,"But you'll have to be able to fight off our mom's becuase they have been trying figure out if it's boy,girls or boy and girl.Do you know how grumpy your mom gets when she doesn't get what she wants?"

I laughed lightly and smiled. She did get pretty grumpy when she wants something. I shook my head in amusement then looked back at her with a happy sigh

"So....I'm out of things to talk about."I said with a laugh.I sat back in the chair and closed my eyes I was so worn out,I hadn't slept in a day or two,and to top it all of I had been getting the strangest cravings for foods I didn't normally eat.I sighed and opened my eyes,looking over into Jake's. I smiled and said,"Damn each time I look at you,I fall more and more in love with you."
