Plot!
There are many gangs that run the city, but very few can nearly run a country. Those few either unite or go to war, and for those citizens caught in the mix...bad luck, friend.
RULES:
-You may have, and it is encouraged, multiple characters
-"Syndicates" altogether are referred to as the "Mafia"
-If you have no allegiance, then all kidnappings, murders, and deals go through the Syndicate ruling that area
-Need at least two or three "Bosses" for each Syndicate, some agents, some thugs, and some citizens
-Bosses are never female >.> however, assassins/hitmen, Intelligence agents, and power-hungry others can be
-Have fun!
-Any questions, feel more than free to ask!

By the way, Batty, you might want to make your character a bit older than 17; if they're going to be doing any killing/other mature content, they gotta be 18 or 21+. Sorry I didn't mention that sooner. Citizens can be any age, though.

Drake is down to earth and will tell you when you're doing something wrong. But he's a sucker for a pretty face. He's a toughy though. Most of the time he's silent, doesn't like talking unless he's pissed off. Somewhat jerky he's a crazy control freak but he hates talking so he rarely gets his way.
